Teachable is the platform for you if you’re an entrepreneur or content creator looking for a way to transform knowledge into income.

Teachable is a learning management system (LMS) founded by Angkur Nagpal as a side project. It was previously known as Fedora. Nagpal, a class builder himself, grew frustrated over the lack of direct access to students some platforms needed. So, he decided to create his online learning platform with features he envisioned his classes and students would like.

In 2020, sources state that Hotsmart acquired Teachable for about $250M.

Here are a few things I do not like about Teachable now that I’ve talked about what I enjoyed about it:

  • No free plans.
  • Teachable does not have a totally free plan. However, it does offer a 14-day trial.
  • 5% transaction fees
  • There’s a 5 percent transaction fee for people who opt for the Basic plan.
  • No phone support.
  • There is no phone number to contact for queries.

Why should you attempt it?

I am not the most tech-savvy person out there. Far from it, actually. I have had many a day being the most confused about the crowd. However, with Teachable, I found it reasonably simple. Comparable to a duck testing the waters , It does take a while to explore the web site, its features, and test stuff out.

You can teach the way you would like to know by using customization tools to personalize your content. My Teachable Log In

You don’t need to worry about marketing. All you have to worry about is making the content that you want to sell since Teachable has built-in features to take care of taxes, payouts, affiliates, and authors.

To Sum It Up
