teachable-review

If you are an entrepreneur or content creator looking for a way to transform knowledge into earnings, Teachable is the platform for you.

Teachable is a learning management system (LMS) founded by Angkur Nagpal as a side project. It was previously called Fedora. Nagpal, a course builder himself, decided to create his own online learning platform with characteristics that he envisioned his classes and students would like after getting frustrated over the lack of direct access to students some platforms had.

In 2020, sources state that Hotsmart acquired Teachable for about $250M.

As stated previously, Teachable prides itself on its simplicity of use. Going around and operating the program will be found easy by tech novices.

Now that I have talked about what I enjoyed about Teachable, here are some things I do not like:

  • Teachable doesn’t have a totally free plan. But, it does offer a 14-day trial.
  • 5 percent transaction fees
  • There’s a 5 percent transaction fee for people who opt for the Basic plan.
  • No phone service.
  • There’s no phone number to contact for inquiries.

Why should you attempt it?

I’m not the most tech-savvy man out there. Far from it, actually. I have had many a day being very confused about the crowd. But with Teachable, I found it fairly simple. It does take some time to explore the web site, its features, and test stuff out. Akin to a duck testing the waters .

You can teach how you would like to learn by using customization tools to personalize your content. Teachable Unenroll

You don’t have to think about marketing. All you’ve got to worry about is creating the content that you want to sell since Teachable has built-in features to look after payouts, taxes, affiliates, and authors.
